The team is very friendly - but nobody picked up at the restaurant when I tried to order some food. Other than that, the service was impeccable. The room is well appointed with very nice bed and bathroom. There was no bathrobe in the room and there’s no dining space for two people (only one chair in front of the desk plus one arm chair; shower was a bit hard to use. All in all my experience was positive, will consider to stay here again next time when the AER bar is open again

Had an absolutely amazing time at four seasons! From the kindness and the smiles from all the staff to the cleanliness and spacious room. Everything was perfect! We were lucky to have our roon upgraded, and there were balloons, cute sweets, and a chocolate cake at our room! Which was a wonderful surprise and made our engagement and my fiancee's birthday celebration even more special! Room service was super efficient, and the food was amazing! Dinner at san:qi was pleasant! Good interiors and not at all loud, perfect place to go on an intimate date. The food was great, and so was the service - special thanks to Nikhil, who took care of us!! Overall, it was a great experience! Hospitality at its finest! 100% recommend.

The facilities were very good, but most importantly, the service was fantastic! Almost everyone from the reception to the doormen were friendly and helpful. Too bad the pool was closed during my stay.

Four a 5 star and four seasons abit underwhelming. Rooms are pretty small, bathroom looks out dated, and reception area is very small. Breakfast buffet area also looks like a 3 star hotel, however the ground floor Breakfast is nice. Overall would not stay here again as very over priced for the quality of the hotel. Would rather stay in fairmont near the airport. However roof top bar is the only plus.

My partner and I stayed at Four Seasons in Mumbai for 3 nights. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our room very much. The room was very modern and had all the creature comforts you would expect from a Four Seasons Hotel. The service was good especially at the concierge. We were offered a lot of great advice on where to go and what to do. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.

Great stay at the FS Mumbai. Lives up to its brand name. While a lot of the hotel is under renovation and construction, it’s still a comfortable stay. Would stay again.

Smart hotel and rooms, great location and great price on 訂房網站.com. Breakfast was good. The Pool was not open during our 訂房網站 but they offered to take us to the nearby ITC. Rooftop bar is good fun and the 33rd floor is a good place for business meetings. Restaurant on the ground floor also served good food and the staff were all very attentive and friendly.
